Warehouse & Fulfilment Coordinator - London
The Warehouse and Fulfilment Coordinator is responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehousing operations and ensuring accurate, timely fulfilment of e-commerce customer orders. This role coordinates inventory control, inbound and outbound shipments, and works closely with internal teams and logistics partners to maintain efficient processes and high service levels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate daily operations, including receiving stock, picking, packing, and dispatching
* Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
* Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and investigate discrepancies
* Liaise with carriers, couriers, and freight providers to arrange shipments and resolve delivery issues
* Ensure warehouse layouts and processes support efficiency and safety
* Enforce health, safety, and quality standards within the warehouse
* Support retail store during peak periods and assist with coordination when required
* Communicate effectively with all internal teams regarding order status and stock availability
