Job Summary
Part‑time Sales Advisor (8‑hour temporary contract) based in Truro shop. You will provide exceptional customer service, support store management, drive sales, and contribute to visual merchandising and operational tasks.
Responsibilities
* Deliver an exceptional service, demonstrating thorough knowledge of the brand and products.
* Recommend additional services and solutions to customers to drive sales and gather customer data.
* Support cross‑channel sales by introducing customers to the website and processing online orders.
* Treat any customer issues with first‑point resolution, actively seeking solutions for the customer.
* Support the store manager in driving sales, profitability, and consistent KPI achievement.
* Help implement visual merchandising, window standards and guidelines, maximizing commercial opportunities.
* Perform operational tasks such as stock management, loss prevention, health & safety, and store safety standards.
Skills & Experience
High standards of customer service, enthusiasm, energy, and effective communication. Ability to adapt, show resilience, handle difficult situations, work independently, and collaborate with a team.
