Temporary Visiting Officer (Careline Digital Switchover)
Salary between £23658 and £25471 per annum
Temporary contract through to January 2027
Based in the West Norfolk and North Norfolk areas
Our Careline Community Service team support thousands of people to remain living independently in their own home with the peace of mind that help is just the touch of a button away.
We need you to join our team to visit clients in their homes, to install and demonstrate digitally enabled dispersed alarms and other assistive technology. You will identify clients who need their equipment upgraded, diary manage and also complete the relevant paperwork. You will identify other client needs which may be met by our own or other organisations.
You will have experience of working with vulnerable adults with excellent interpersonal skills; including the ability to make technical information easily understandable.
Appointment is subject to a satisfactory enhanced disclosure, through the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
