An established renewable energy business is seeking a Deputy Head of Installations to help lead and support a growing team of 20+ installers across residential and commercial renewable energy projects. This is a key leadership position for a qualified electrician who can combine hands-on technical knowledge with strong people management and survey capability. Working closely with the wider operations and installation leadership team, the successful candidate will help drive installation quality, team performance, health and safety compliance and technical consistency across projects.
