In this role you will be required to deliver administrative and reception support to the LiveWell Hub and Adult Carers Support Service. Your responsibilities will include being the first point of contact for visitors and callers, responding to queries in person, by phone, and email, maintaining accurate records and databases, managing diaries, booking and setting up rooms, and ordering resources to support service delivery.

Qualifications
* Strong communicator
* Passion for supporting unpaid carers and people living with dementia
* Strong organisational and communication skills, excellent customer service, confident in using IT systems
* Experience in administration or reception work desirable
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a busy environment
* Positive, professional approach and attention to detail
* Knowledge of dementia and carer support (or willingness to learn)
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Strong organisational and IT skills
Employment Details
This is a part‑time role of 12 hours per week (Thursday & Friday). The salary for the role is £8,563 – £8,699.
