Jimmy Choo – FTC Sales Associate – Manchester Trafford
Responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service by following the Selling Ceremony and surpassing expectations at every opportunity.
- Demonstrating and reflecting the glamorous, luxury lifestyle image of Jimmy Choo through service, attitude, personal grooming, dress code and behavior.
- Developing detailed product knowledge of construction, materials, care and design.
- Building, developing and maintaining a client database to foster repeat visits and customer loyalty.
- Resolving customer complaints promptly by investigating issues, creating solutions and recommending actions to store management.
- Playing an active role in replenishing stock according to company procedures and policies.
- Maintaining effective stock controls to ensure accurate supply and record keeping.
- Participating and supporting the team in stock takes as required.
- Attending and participating in all store meetings and training events to ensure clear communication.
- Representing Jimmy Choo during promotional events and activities.
- Ensuring merchandise presentation meets VM standards and maintaining concession tidiness and cleanliness.
- Contributing ideas and suggestions to improve concession performance.
- Monitoring key performance indicators to increase concession performance and achieve store and individual targets.
- Implementing required procedures, standards and policies as outlined in Retail Excellence and company communications.
- Ensuring compliance with host store policies and procedures.
- Communicating potential health and safety issues to the Store Manager and complying with Jimmy Choo Safety and Security procedures.
- Supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in back‑office and administrative operations as requested.
- Demonstrating flexibility by supporting store management with ad‑hoc duties as needed.
Compensation Range: 0.00 - 1,000,000.00 GBP
