This position is full-time working 11:00 pm - 7:30 am.
Responsible for providing nursing leadership in Westmorland and Cumberland on his/her shift by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care as outlined in the residents plan of care.Supports goals and activities of the Nurse Manager for the unit by promoting collaboration/teamwork on his/her shift.Serves as a resource for community residents on his/her shift.
