Key Responsibilities
* Processing high volumes of supplier invoices with accuracy
* Matching, batching, and coding invoices to the correct nominal accounts
* Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
* Managing supplier queries in a timely and professional manner
* Supporting month-end close with basic reconciliations
* Maintaining accurate and organised financial records
The Candidate
* Some prior exposure to finance or administration (office-based preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
* Structured, methodical approach to tasks
* Reliable, consistent, and able to follow defined processes
* Confident communicator when dealing with suppliers and internal teams
