Requirements of a Maintenance Supervisor You must have proven experience in undertaking planned and reactive maintenance to plant and equipment which must include either CNC applications, Robot cells or Plc controls. And either currently hold a supervisory post or hold a lead maintenance role where you have had some exposure to managing PM activity, issuing permits, organising contractors and mentoring apprentices.
