We are currently offering a fantastic opportunity as a Customer Consultant to join our team at the Toyota Croydon dealership. As a Customer Consultant, you will manage the customer’s sales process from start to finish, ensuring an exceptional experience through friendly and professional service.
Responsibilities
1. Manage all sales appointments professionally, ensuring high-quality test drive experiences and meeting sales targets.
2. Build rapport with customers, accurately qualify their requirements, and demonstrate suitable options.
3. Maintain contact with customers throughout the sales and pre-delivery process, and coordinate vehicle handovers and paperwork.
4. Personally hand over vehicles, introduce customers to the service team, and secure future business.
5. Deliver outstanding customer service and follow the full sales process.
6. Collaborate with the service team and maximize sales opportunities through colleagues.
7. Achieve personal sales and profit targets, including conversions, warranty, and add-on sales.
8. Complete all administrative tasks accurately and promptly.
9. Attend scheduled appointments booked by our Sales Enquiry Team.
Skills & Requirements
1. Previous experience as a Customer Consultant, with a proven sales track record in a main dealer environment.
2. Full UK driving licence.
3. Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn.
4. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet targets.
5. Committed to delivering excellent customer service.
