The Production Operative Cassette Foaming is responsible for undertaking all production processes in the manufacture and assembly of our FLiP foamed cassettes. This includes operating the robot foaming machines and oven, assembly of the connectors, and the inspection and packing of the finished cassettes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate the robot foaming machines, including the changing of the fixtures/jigs for each cassette style
Ensure the cassettes are loaded/unloaded efficiently maintaining the planned cycle times and output
Load/unload the foamed cassettes into the oven conveyor
