About the Role
As an SEN Teacher, you will:
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with additional needs.
* Support students with a range of SEND including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech & language needs, and moderate learning difficulties.
* Create a safe, structured, and inspiring classroom environment.
* Work closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists, families, and external professionals.
* Monitor, assess, and celebrate individual progress.
* Contribute to EHCP reviews and personalised learning plans.
Who We're Looking For
You will:
* Hold QTS (or equivalent recognised teaching qualification).
* Have experience working with children with SEND (school or specialist provision).
* Demonstrate strong behaviour management with a therapeutic, child-centred approach.
* Be patient, adaptable, and solution-focused.
* Have a genuine passion for inclusive education.
* Be committed to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare.
Early Career Teachers with relevant SEN experience are encouraged to apply.
