As the Lead Revenue and Capacity Manager you’ll be joining an expanding revenue and capacity team that operates across one of the largest hospitality portfolios in the UK. Due to growth the team are now looking to add senior-level experience to work alongside their established Head of and to help mentor/guide the team.
This is a pivotal role within the business and one where you can bring your experience to help optimise an ever-expanding portfolio.
The role of Lead Revenue and Capacity Manager will be split between revenue management and capacity/growth management, giving you a real strategic impact on how this is done. You’ll work cross-functionally, collaborating with different teams and using the latest in analytics and data to help guide your decisions.
Key Skills:
* Ability to lead on revenue performance across an extensive portfolio with optimisation at its core
* Core experience that spans revenue, capacity and growth management
* Analytics experience and the ability to use the findings to make data-driven decisions
* Experience collaborating with marketing, digital and analytics teams
* Be a mentor for teams and implementing ideas
* Proficiency with tools like Power BI
* Hospitality or hotel experience
