SHIPPING COORDINATOR - BRISTOL
Part time - £28,000 pro rata + 25 days AL + Bank Holidays, Flexible working, Hybrid working, Medical cashback plan, 7x DIS, Access to Perkbox.
Due to ongoing success and company expansion, my client are looking to add to their logistics team with a Shipping Coordinator, initially on a 3 month FTC but very likely to be extended. You will be working 25 hours per week.
We are looking for a dynamic Shipping coordinator. You will be working on a variety of projects and involved with different areas, making this a varied and rewarding role.
THE ROLE:
Responsible for shipping spare part orders with couriers.
Customer contact to resolve customer issues
Checking and approval of supplier invoices
Using the ERP system for invoicing and general order administration
Provide information and assistance regarding availability of Spare Parts
Work in coordination with internal departments
THE PERSON:
Previous experience within a similar role
Ability to engage and influence all levels of organisation
Willing to take responsibility and make decisions confidently
Excellent problem-solving skills
