An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our friendly team as a Clerical Officer, in the MSK and Therapies team.
This position will be based at Archways, Belgrave Street, York, part of our York and Scarborough Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

The post holder will provide support to the MSK and Therapies team, by contributing to an efficient and effective service within a very busy environment.
You will work with clear departmental and national procedures, and have responsibility for receiving, maintaining and providing manual and electronic data containing sensitive and confidential information, as well as making appointments for patients.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively as part of the wider team.

All new employees will be charged for the cost of their DBS check if it is required for the role. The cost will be deducted from your salary either in one payment or over a six month period once you start employment. By applying you are agreeing to this undertaking. If you are successful you will be asked to confirm if you wish to pay in one amount or in instalments. The charges are currently £27.38 for a standard check and £55.38 for an enhanced check.
