This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on teaching, learning and assessment for students and apprentices.
What You Will Do:
* Lead on training and development across curriculum departments.
* Support and guide colleagues to continuously improve through mentoring and coaching.
* Conduct quality assurance activities that inform and shape improvement strategies.
* Dedicate one day per week to teaching within your area of expertise.
About You:
* A proven track record of good or better teaching, learning and assessment.
* A confident and empathetic approach to mentoring, coaching and professional development.
* A passion for sharing best practices and driving continuous improvement.
* Good digital skills and confidence in the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
* A good sense of humour.
