What We’re Looking For
Our client is living with early onset Dementia and would benefit from a Live-in carer who shares his passion for the outdoors, walking, dancing, comedy and singing - our client loves being active and has plentiful amounts of energy. Experience in supporting clients with Dementia would be a huge advantage.
For this role you must have a full UK licence and access to your own vehicle.
* You will be a highly motivated, energetic individual with good communication skills and a positive attitude
* You will be reliable and punctual with strong organisational abilities
* You will have a Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* You must have the right to work in the UK
Key Responsibilities
Companionship: Offer social interaction and emotional support to clients, helping to alleviate loneliness and promote well-being.
Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals according to clients’ dietary requirements and preferences.
Medication Support: Assist with medication reminders and administration as per care plans.
Light Housekeeping: Help maintain a clean and safe living environment, including tasks like tidying and laundry.
Transportation: Accompany clients to appointments, shopping, or social engagements as needed.
Building Relationships: Foster strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families.
