Pay rate – £38 - £40 per hour Contract – Temporary Ceredigion Council are currently recruiting experienced adult’s Social Workers for their Integrated Triage and Assessment team. Monday to Friday – 9-5pm (37 hours per week). It’s a front door team focused on Adults and Carers so experience in working with adults is essential. Role includes undertaking assessments in both the community and hospital setting. There is a requirement to have a good understanding of Social Services and Well-Being (Wales) Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005. The worker needs to be able to undertake visits in county – both planned and at short notice. Welsh speaker would be very beneficial but not essential. Children’s Social Workers will need at least 3 years’ permanent experience with an English local authority and to be registered with Social Work England, as per DfE rules.
