Overview
We are looking for an exceptional Administrative Support Officer to join our newly established Governance and Business Management function within the Edinburgh Health and Social Care Partnership. This post is an integrated post, allowing you to choose between City of Edinburgh Council or NHS Lothian terms and conditions of employment.

* Salary: £26,337 - £28,835 per annum (salary range reflects starting salary and increases annually until it reaches the top of the range)
* Hours: 36 per week, 52 weeks

Responsibilities
* Provide reliable administrative support through telephone, face-to-face, email, and online, using both Council and NHS systems.
* Proactively facilitate administrative support to the full range of services and activities.
* Handle sensitive and personal information in line with Council and NHS policies and confidentiality guidelines.
* Work within a team of administrative staff in the Strategic Planning function, providing information, guidance, or progressing requests to wider council services.
* Meet agreed time‑scales to fulfill legal and statutory obligations, delivering support to teams in accordance with Council and NHS policies and procedures.
* Use appropriate systems to process service requests or updates for wider council or NHS services.
* Collaborate with all administrative staff to support new initiatives and the strategic direction of the Partnership, ensuring all services are planned consistently with the Partnership’s strategic objectives.
