Cycle to Work Scheme, employee retail discount scheme and free eye test vouchers About You Possess an assured and professional telephone manner Strong planning and organisational skills Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook etc. Effective written and oral communication skills Ability to work on own initiative, making decisions, managing own workload and time, whilst developing effective and supportive relationships with colleagues and customers Proven experience of working in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail Able to adopt a flexible approach to work Experience of meeting deadlines and dealing with pressure associated with these Self-motivated and tenacious An effective & collaborative team player Solution focused Your Role As a Regional Logistics Coordinator your role will involve: Liaising with customers / agronomists / Farm traders regarding Crop Protection and Seed deliveries, planning daily work to maximise our outgoing capacity whilst achieving a high level of service to our customers Coordinating and communicating the availability of Crop Protection products and seed production plans with commercial and sales teams Coordinating drivers of both Frontier and 3rd Party vehicles to provide an effective delivery service, across both our Crop protection / seed product lines and regional network of stores and seed production plants Working with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient planning and execution of the business to meet both customer and supplier requirements Developing industry knowledge, understanding Health & Safety and security procedures to be able to continue to develop logistics solutions for the future Demonstrating strong customer focus with both internal and external customers Managing incoming customer queries and liaising with commercial and admin teams to achieve a swift resolution Developing relationships with 3 rd party hauliers, agreeing service requirements, volumes and rates Learn all aspects of stock control / intake planning & stock reconciliations for our BRC Food cleaning products We encourage candidates to submit their applications as early as possible and not to wait until the published closing date as applications will be reviewed and interviews may be booked in before that date.
