Otis is growing and we are currently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
Purpose of the role
* The HRBP develops and executes both long-term and short-term organizational strategies that align structure, culture and talent with business goals, while providing individual support and coaching to the leadership team.
* He/she is responsible for providing expertise and guidance in areas including HR & business strategy alignment, organization design, workforce planning, workforce optimization, employee engagement, talent, culture and change management.
* He/she aligns the local engagement strategy to business strategy driving culture as a competitive advantage, working with leaders and employees to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
