My client is an exciting food concept who have gained a fantastic reputation for developing and implementing a tasty food brand which is quickly becoming a customer favourite within hospitality & leisure venues.
They are currently looking for a Head of Sales to join their team. The successful Head of Sales will be responsible for leading their commercial strategy across HoReCa channel. This is a pivotal leadership role in a high-growth environment which is perfect for someone who combines strategic vision with hands-on hustle.

Responsibilities include:
 1. Develop and deliver the commercial strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth.
 2. Lead, motivate, and grow the sales team to hit ambitious targets.
 3. Manage key relationships and secure new business with HoReCa channel clients.
 4. Identify and build new business opportunities in the UK and international markets.
 5. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment on pricing, promotions, and brand positioning.
 6. Track performance, forecast accurately, and report on key commercial metrics.
The Ideal Head of Sales Candidate:
 7. Proven sales leadership experience in FMCG, ideally within food & drink.
 8. Strong understanding of the HoReCa channel and a healthy network of contacts.
 9. Strong track record of winning, managing, and growing key accounts.
 10. Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
 11. Collaborative, energetic, and hands-on approach — willing to roll up your sleeves.
 12. A genuine passion for food, sustainability, and brand growth.
