You will utilise inclusive teaching strategies, blended learning techniques and effective classroom management skills to maintain learner engagement, motivation and achievement. The successful candidate will have previous experience, with a thorough understanding of GCSE assessment requirements and teaching post-14 learners. You will provide developmental feedback, monitor learner progress and promote safeguarding, British Values and equality, diversity and inclusion.
