What you’ll be doing

5. Understand Technologies to assess vulnerabilities
6. Documenting internal/external processes for achieving optimal performance of computer systems through Wiki and maintaining Jira stories for prioritization of the workload
7. Technical Acumen: Apply your understanding of network principles to troubleshoot to assess security incidents and look at how you can optimize performance and enhance security across our infrastructure.
8. Incident Management and Resolution: Be prepared to support a 365x24/7 callout, providing third line technical resolution covering an extensive range of technologies.
9. Customer Focus: Be a technical expert who understands the end-to-end journey of our customers.
10. Growth and Development: As a technically talented expert you should enhance the brand of the team and support those around you to be accountable and perform at their best.
You'll have the following skills & experience

11. Technical Proficiency: Networking principles (IP, tcp/udp/icmp, bgp,ospf,isis) Firewalls and connectivity Network services (dns, ntp, tacacs, radius,ldap) Security Tools Linux
12. Growth Mindset Security culture/mindset Say ‘no’ (and offer alternative solutions if possible) Ability to support/lead audits (SOC2, ISO27001)
13. Programming Proficiency: Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Bash, Python and/or Ansible.
14. Team Player

15. Experience in an ISP Environment: experience in a fast-paced ISP setting, managing and troubleshooting internal networks.
16. Continuous Application Deployments: Experience deploying new developments to live networks across a variety of infrastructure, including Virtual Machines, Routers, Switches, and Servers.
