The Opportunity
Work with HNW/UHNW individuals, family offices, and professional intermediaries
Structure bespoke mortgage and debt solutions across residential, commercial, bridging, and private client lending
Manage the full deal cycle — from lead to completion — with support from an industry-leading platform
Join a business that handles some of the largest and most complex deals in the UK and internationally
What You'll Bring
Strong experience in mortgage brokerage, private banking, or specialist lending
Excellent understanding of HNW/UHNW client expectations
Ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with clients and professional partners
Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow your own business within a respected framework
CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
Arabic-speaking desirable (due to growing demand from Middle Eastern clients)
