About the Role
Youll be supporting one lady in a complex mental health service. She enjoys:
Strolling through the city & shopping trips
Meeting new people & keeping connected
Keeping her home tidy & welcoming
Visiting Liverpool & spending time with family
Your role will focus on enabling her to live life on her own terms
building positive relationships, encouraging independence, and ensuring she feels safe and empowered every day.
About You
Were looking for someone with:
Experience in mental health, autism, and complex needs
A positive, person-centred approach
Understanding of Positive Behaviour Support practices
UK driving licence (to use the persons vehicle)
Female applicants only (Genuine Occupational Requirement, Equality Act 2010)
Preferred:
Level 3 in Social Care, but experience in the sector will also be considered.
You should be:

Day: 8am
8pm (2:1 support)
Night: 8pm
