Job Purpose
The PMO Analyst plays a vital role in project management and operational activities within the Digital contract area. The role involves supporting multiple teams, particularly Engagement Managers and the Senior Leadership Team, and potentially leading functions across Digital. A strong background in PMO practices is essential to ensure governance, effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance. The successful candidate will demonstrate stakeholder management skills, attention to detail, commercial awareness, and the ability to meet deadlines, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget. Analyzing data to identify issues, trends, and opportunities to inform senior decision-making is also key.
Mandatory Skills

* Understanding of month-end processes and PMO tools
* Strong financial acumen and analytical skills

* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Technical Skills Required
* Proficiency with TIPTOP (creating codes, forecasting, sourcing information)
* Experience with SS reports (AVF's, Finance analyser, THOR)
* Knowledge of POW (impacting tool)
* Creating and maintaining budget trackers
* Experience with e-monitoring (setting up engagements, adding risks, financial data, reviewing forecasts)
* Requesting project codes, billing references, and task requests
* Understanding of BAF/DFR processes
