As part of our ongoing work to align the College’s leadership structure with current OFSTED priorities and the national expectations set out in the DfE White Paper and wider Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) reforms, an exciting opportunity has arisen for us to appoint an effective leader to the role of Assistant Principal (Culture & Community).
You will be responsible for, and oversee, our Rights Respecting School programme, the College's House System, student enrichment, Year 7 transition programme, community engagement and celebration events.
As a member of our senior team, you will play a key role in delivering the highest quality support and leadership in all aspects of college life in order to ensure equitable access for all.
The ideal candidate will be someone with middle leadership experience who is looking to progress to the next stage of their teaching career.
