Are you a Palliative Care Nurse Specialist, looking to develop management and leadership skills? Do you value having time to care for your patients? If so, then we have the perfect role for you! Our Specialist Palliative Care Home Team provides expert specialist palliative care advice and support to people in the community, covering Cambridge City, South Cambridgeshire and East Cambridgeshire. We have an opportunity to join us in a Team Lead position, working 37.5 hours per week based from our Hospice in Cambridge. You will lead the team of experts to ensure a coordinated and responsive service, working closely with the Consultant and Matron for Clinical Services. It's also a requirement to have relevant post registration experience delivering palliative care. For more information see the attached full job description. This post is subject to an Enhanced DBS check with Child and Adult Barred List checks. Starting salary of £47,071 with opportunities to progress to £53,866. Please note that the salary quoted is based on full time hours and will be pro-rata’d for part time posts. As a Charity with limited funds, it is usual practice for new starters to commence on the minimum of the salary band for the role. Exceptionally, and only for candidates demonstrating significant strengths relevant to the role, we may be able to negotiate on this.
