This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contract Administrator to play a key role in supporting the delivery of contract operations across key accounts. You will be responsible for ensuring effective contract administration while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the service.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the contract team
Maintain accurate records and ensure all contract documentation is up-to-date
Support vendor onboarding and maintain supplier records
Obtain pricing and assist with the preparation of quotations as required
Collate and produce management information, including monthly reports, KPIs.
Administer holiday, overtime, and related approvals
Attend contract meetings where required and complete follow-up actions
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery
