Job Summary: You will succeed if you love selling, enjoy talking to people, and want to do it from a relaxed in-house studio rather than a busy shop floor. Join The Big Phone Store, one of the UK’s fastest-growing independent refurbished phone sellers based in Wolverhampton. As a Live Sales Presenter (TikTok / eBay), you’ll host live streams, showcase refurbished phones, answer viewers’ questions in real time and close sales, all without constant face-to-face shop interactions. No previous live-stream experience required; we’ll train you. Responsibilities: • Host regular live sales streams on TikTok Live, eBay Live and other social platforms, presenting phones and tech in an engaging, sales-focused way. • Demonstrate product features, perform quick demos, answer viewer questions during streams, and drive purchases. • Create short promotional clips and social content to promote upcoming streams. • Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce to plan shows, run promotions, and test offers. • Monitor viewer feedback and sales metrics to improve future streams. • Maintain an on-camera, friendly, professional presence and keep the studio set and demo stock organised. Qualifications/Requirements: Must-Have (required): • You have strong verbal communication and a natural sales mindset. • You’re reliable, punctual, and eager to learn. • You are based in or able to commute to Wolverhampton, UK. Nice-to-Have (preferred): • Retail sales, telesales or customer service experience. • Familiarity with TikTok, eBay, Instagram or other social platforms. • Interest in tech/smartphones or basic product demo skills. • Basic video editing or short-form content creation experience. Required Education: None specific, attitude and willingness to learn matter most. Required Languages: English. Minimum relevant job experience: Not required (training provided). Skills: • Confident on-camera presenting and live selling. • Persuasive selling and upselling skills. • Quick thinking and strong customer engagement in live chat. • Basic social media & content awareness (TikTok/eBay Live). • Team collaboration and adaptability. • Time management and the ability to follow a live schedule.
