About the Head of Sales - Bridging Finance Role

As
Head of Sales
, you will be the driving force behind the company's sales strategy. Your mission:
increase monthly lending volumes, strengthen broker relationships, and lead a high-performing sales team to exceed ambitious targets
. This is a leadership role with strategic influence, but also requires a hands-on approach to ensure delivery.

Head of Sales - Bridging Finance: Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute a sales strategy
to grow lending volumes
* Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team
to achieve and exceed targets.
* Build and nurture broker relationships

* Collaborate with senior management
