Eden Scott is currently supporting a highly respected investment organisation in the search for a Client Service Officer to join their dynamic client experience team. This is an excellent opportunity for a client-focused professional to play a key role in delivering a first-class service to a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring connectivity and effectively managing expectations
* Act as a key point of contact, navigating internal teams to resolve service challenges and deliver seamless solutions
* Drive an enhanced client experience through clear, transparent communication and consistent execution
* Participate in regulatory, platform, and client-related change initiatives
* Take ownership of the overall client service experience, particularly in relation to implementation activity
* Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all client outputs, including reporting, pricing data, and invoices, by working collaboratively across internal teams
* Manage operational change requests and communicate progress and completion to stakeholders
* Identify and resolve service issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing long-term improvements
Skills & Experience Required
* Degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
* Proven experience in client service, financial services, or a similar role
* Strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret data and support decision-making
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships internally and externally
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable using digital platforms and tools to support client service delivery
* A proactive and positive approach, with a genuine passion for delivering an outstanding client experience
