Responsibilities
* Support students with their educational activities both inside and outside the classroom
* Assist with curriculum delivery and individual learning plans
* Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
* Encourage student independence and confidence
* Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure students\' needs are met
Ideal Candidate / Qualifications
* Passionate about supporting children\'s education and development
* Patient, caring, and adaptable
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or equivalent) are a plus
