Established Mechanical Service and Maintenance Contracting Organisation is looking for a Service Administrator to join their dynamic team supporting the delivery of commercial heating and mechanical projects. As Service Administrator, you will provide office administrative assistance to customers, engineers and team as a whole. Successful candidates for the role of Service Administrator should demonstrate excellent administration, coordination and customer services skills, be highly organised and able to work well under pressure. Previous experience within a mechanical service environment would be beneficial. The role of Service Administrator is offered as a permanent contract with competitive salary, additional benefits and immediate start available. Responsibilities of Service Administrator include: * Answer incoming telephone calls, assisting with customer queries where possible, directing calls, taking messages as required * Log incoming job calls * Assist with Engineer queries * Monitor main email inbox attending to incoming messages as required * Raise purchase orders for engineers and issue to suppliers * Schedule service visit, contact and booking in with customers * Utilise company "Joblogic" system for logging jobs, updating notes, raising purchase orders, checking engineer notes Skills required by Service Administrator: * Administrative Expertise * Customer Services * Diary Management * Order Processing * Multi-tasking & Prioritisation * IT Proficiency * Communication (verbal and written) Location: Oldbury, West Midlands Hours of Work: Mon to Thurs 8 am – 5 pm, Fri 8 am – 4:30 pm (39.5 hours per week) Salary: £25,080 to £30,000 p.a. dependent upon experience Benefits: * 20 days holiday bank holidays, rising to 25 days bank holidays after 3 years * £45 monthly attendance bonus for no unauthorised absence Contract: Permanent If you have the skills to fulfil the role of Service Administrator, please APPLY TODAY
