Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week. The service operates from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Sunday. The role requires working one late shift per week and one weekend (Saturday and Sunday) every 8 weeks.
Job Description
As a Remote Service Team Manager, you will manage a team of remotely working physiotherapists, supporting the Operations Manager to enhance operational performance and ensure high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing resources, driving service improvements, interpreting management data, understanding service finances, fostering compliance, and participating in team management activities such as recruitment and training.

* Experience in customer service and health/wellbeing industry knowledge
