Position Overview
As a Sales Planner at Beams, your role is crucial in advancing revenue generation and nurturing client connections within our home renovation and design services sector. Utilising your sales strategy prowess and adept customer engagement skills, you'll work closely with our design and construction teams to provide outstanding experiences and personalised solutions to our clientele.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the designated territory or market segment, focusing on selling Beams' home renovation and design services.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their renovation needs, preferences, and budget constraints, and providing tailored solutions that align with their vision.
* Collaborate closely with our design and build teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction, from initial consultation to final installation.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance and insights on the latest design trends, materials, and processes to help them make informed decisions.
* Identify new business opportunities through customer feedback and market research.
* Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
* Utilise Hubspot to track sales activities, manage pipeline, and document customer interactions for effective reporting and analysis.
About You:
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
* Experience in B2B or B2C sales with 1 to 2 years is preferable.
* Preferred experience in design or build industries.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Proficiency in CRM, Hubspot would be an advantage.
* Demonstrated ability to analyse data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Immediate start preferred

💰 Base salary of £30,000+ subject to experience

💻 This is a full-time position with a 3 days at our London office at Old Street and 2 home days. This role may require visits to building sites as well.
