Production Operative Job Details: - general production operative duties - loading/unloading products, heavy lifting - machine minding - product testing - shot blasting (after training) - Paint spraying - other additional tasks within the candidate's capability. Production Operative Requirements: - Proven experience working in production/manufacturing - Ability to do heavy lifting - Capability to work on their feet for the duration of shift - Team Player / Adaptable / Good work ethic - Enthusiasm / Ambition / Eagerness to learn & progress.
