Are you an experienced financial planning administrator looking to take the next step in your career?
We’re looking to speak with Financial Planning Administrators to join a growing team which will see you working closely with Independent Financial Advisers and their clients by delivering high levels of quality service through pre and post sales administration.
This is a full-time, permanent position with hybrid working (3 days in office 2 from home) offering a competitive salary and a fantastic range of benefits.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior IFA Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and first-class client service by:
* Providing efficient administrative support to a team of Independent Financial Advisers.
* Acting as a first point of contact for advisers, clients, providers, and internal teams.
* Managing client data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
* Preparing reports, letters, and correspondence in line with company guidelines.
* Organising new business and review packs for adviser meetings.
* Obtaining valuations and research on financial products such as protection, annuities, and mortgages.
* Processing fund switches, payment requests, and surrenders, ensuring compliance.
* Keeping on top of diary management to support advisers’ daily workflows.
* Mentoring and supporting junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
The ideal background and experience:
* Experience in financial services administration, ideally supporting financial advisers.
* A keen eye for detail, with strong organisational and planning skills.
* Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
* The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive, team-focused attitude, with great communication skills.
* A willingness to learn and grow within the role.
