We’re working with a well-established and forward-thinking manufacturer in the aquaculture sector who are seeking Production Operators to join their feed mill team based in Invergordon.

Role Overview
As a Production Operator, you’ll be part of a team responsible for running production systems, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring efficient workflow across the plant. The role involves working to customer demand and contributing to the smooth operation of a continuous production process.
Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production systems efficiently

Record and input quality control data

Follow production and quality work instructions

Support team performance and meet deadlines under pressure

Maintain a clean, organised and safe working area

Contribute to continuous improvement and minimise downtime
What We’re Looking For
Full training will be provided, but candidates with the following attributes will be well-suited:
