Our client is a fun, energetic character who loves spending time outdoors and they're looking for someone to join them on their adventures, including attending hydrotherapy sessions.

Confidence in using hoists and supporting physical mobility
Supporting daily routines, including personal care and hygiene
Attending hydrotherapy sessions and enjoying outdoor activities together
Administering medication and monitoring health
Providing emotional support and companionship
Accurately recording care and reporting any changes
Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members

Experience working with individuals with complex needs, a full UK driving licence, confidence in using hoists and supporting physical mobility, excellent communication skills and a positive, engaging approach, compassion, empathy, and a good sense of humour, ability to build a strong, trusting relationship with the client
