We're on the hunt for a friendly, proactive, and all-arounder Customer Services Executive to take the lead in delivering exceptional experiences across every touchpoint from phone, email, chat, and more.
What You'll Be Doing :
* Leading our fabulous Customer Services team with energy and empathy
* Solving customer queries with a solution based focus
* Turning complaints into compliments with a calm, can-do attitude
* Juggling phones, emails, and chat messages
* Keeping things organised and on-point in our CRM systems
* Spotting patterns, sharing insights, and helping us become stronger in our tactics
* Coaching and supporting your team to shine their brightest
* Collaborating with other departments to keep everything running smoothly
What You Bring to the Table:
* 3+ years in a customer service role (you know your stuff)
* Top-tier communication skills – written, verbal, and everything in between
* A knack for problem-solving and staying cool under pressure
* Comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* Leadership experience and a passion for helping others grow
* A customer-first mindset and a genuinely positive vibe

Located in the beautiful countryside next to the Bluebell Railway and close to the National Trusts' Sheffield Park Gardens, your own means of transport is essential.
