We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join a dynamic team based in Team Valley. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a leading industrial distributor, supporting the sales function and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
Liaising with customers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery and resolution of queries
Maintaining and updating customer records and databases
Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting
Handling incoming calls and emails in a professional mannerIdeal Candidate:
Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Confident communicator with good customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
Able to work independently and as part of a teamContract Details:
12-week temporary contract with the potential to become permanent
Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
