A wonderful opportunity to join an ambitious accountancy practice working in a hybrid & flexible manner out of one of their southern offices: Farnham, Oxford, London, Basingstoke or Guildford.
The successful candidate will lead and implement a comprehensive technical training strategy to support the development and progression of technical team members. This includes designing and delivering the trainee development programme, curating the technical training catalogue, and contributing to Accounting and Audit specialist training. You will also ensure our client maximises the value of their technical training provider memberships.
A key part of this role is creating practical, applied training that goes beyond how tools function - focusing instead on how they are used in real-world accounting contexts (e.g., understanding the underlying processes triggered by transaction entries).
We would like to hear from you if you are fully ACA/ACCA qualified with an in-depth knowledge of audit methodologies and accounting standards (IFRS, UK GAAP).
Salary c. £55k - 65k FTE DOE.
