Temporary Business Support Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
Overseeing daily operations across the offices to maintain a professional, efficient environment
Managing supplies, liaising with building management, and ensuring H&S compliance
Acting as fire marshal and supporting IT and asset coordination
Assisting with internal/external events and managing company-wide travel bookings
Supporting HR admin, onboarding, and employee recognition tasks
Handling central calls and emails
Managing diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements for Directors
Acting as the main liaison with internal and external stakeholders

Proven experience in a PA, Office Manager, or Business Support role
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
High attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication
Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders across multiple countries
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint
Experience booking travel and managing office equipment inventory
Location
Based in Oxfordshire, this role offers easy access via public transport, with stops right outside the office. There is no on-site parking available.
