Sales & Lettings Negotiator (Part-Time)
An independent estate agency serving the Bradford and North Yorkshire regions is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.
Position Details:
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: Competitive (based on experience)
Working Hours: Flexible between 9:00am - 5:30pm (Monday to Friday), Saturday 10:00am - 4:00pm
Employment Type: Part-time
Transport: Car owner with a clean driving license is essential
Key Responsibilities:
Handle sales and letting negotiations, including taking offers and progressing sales.
Maintain regular communication with vendors, landlords, purchasers, and tenants.
Provide feedback and updates on property statuses.
Arrange and accompany property viewings.
Qualify potential buyers and vendors using the appropriate documentation.
Maintain knowledge of available properties and ensure they are matched to buyer needs.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of estate agency experience or NAEA/ARLA qualifications.
Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills.
Strong knowledge of the local area and market trends.
Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel).
