The Warrington site is a key production facility, equipped with modern CNC machinery and a strong focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement. This is a days-only position, ideal for skilled machinists seeking stable working hours in a professional, well-organised environment. Key Responsibilities * Set up, operate, and maintain CNC milling or turning machines to produce precision components. * Interpret technical drawings, route cards, and engineering documentation. * Carry out first-off, in-process, and final inspections to maintain quality standards. * Adjust programs, tooling, and offsets as required to achieve dimensional accuracy. * Complete production documentation and maintain material traceability. * Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures. * Contribute to a positive team culture and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements / Person Specification * Time-served CNC Machinist or equivalent experience in precision engineering. * Strong ability to read and understand engineering drawings. * Confident use of precision measurement equipment (micrometers, verniers, gauges). * Experience in CNC programming or setting (Fanuc / Siemens / Heidenhain desirable). * Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. * Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently on day shifts.
