About Us

Wing is seeking elite talent to join M32 Labs, a venture‑backed global team headquartered in Silicon Valley, a new venture dedicated to building agentic AI for SMBs globally. This opportunity delivers “Day 1” agility and zero bureaucracy of a new startup.


The Role

We are looking for a Founding Growth Marketer to work directly with the founders to take a B2B AI startup from near 0 to 10 M ARR. This is not a manager role. This is a hands‑on, high‑velocity execution role. You will be the first marketer on the ground: the media buyer, copywriter, designer, and strategist wrapped in one.


What You Will Do

* Build the Paid Engine (Meta/Google/LinkedIn): Launch, kill, and scale campaigns daily based on ROAS and CAC. Execute high‑velocity testing and create creatives in Figma or Canva when needed.
* Orchestrate Outbound Ops: Build automated, high‑intent outbound systems using modern tools (Clay, Instantly, Apollo). Scrape lists, enrich data, write personalized sequences, and book demos via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
* High‑Velocity Creative Production: Use Canva/Figma yourself to spin up 10‑20 ad creatives and landing‑page variants per week to find winning hooks.
* Full‑Funnel CRO: Build landing pages and copy, improve the sign‑up flow, and craft email nurture sequences to move prospects from click to credit card.
* Revenue Obsession: Focus on demos booked, qualified pipeline, and closed revenue instead of vanity metrics like impressions or brand lift.
* Out‑of‑the‑Box Thinker: Try unconventional marketing, set up events, or do creative campaigns that garner attention.


Who You Are

* 0‑to‑1 Builder: You have taken a product from negligible revenue to over £1 M ARR before and are comfortable with chaos and ambiguity.
* Technically Scrappy: You can fix a pixel or set up a Zapier workflow without a developer and are familiar with Framer, web builders, Stripe, PostHog, and attribution tools.
* Act with Urgency and Ownership: You believe speed is the ultimate competitive advantage and take ownership of tasks.
* Write copy that sells: You understand B2B sales psychology and can write headlines that stop the scroll and emails that get replies.
