Role Description
This is a contract, remote role for Domiciliary Carers. Responsibilities include assisting elderly clients with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, medication management, and mobility support. Domiciliary Carers will also provide companionship, emotional support, and ensure the safety and well-being of clients in their own homes.
Qualifications
* Experience in personal care, including assistance with mobility, hygiene, and meal preparation
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills for providing emotional support and companionship
* Basic documentation and record-keeping skills to ensure continuity of care
* Understanding of health and safety practices, including knowledge of safeguarding vulnerable adults
* Compassion, patience, and the ability to work independently
* A background in healthcare or caregiving (preferred but not required)
* Relevant training or certifications in caregiving or first aid are beneficial
* Access to a reliable form of transportation may be required for certain locations
