We are looking for aSenior Operations Analystto join our team, combining strong operational ownership with advanced data and facilitation skills.
This is ahybrid rolewhere you will play a key part in how the function operates—bringing structure, insight and pace. You will work closely with leadership and delivery teams toown operational processes, build data-driven insight, and lead key forums and workshops.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoysvariety, problem-solving and influence, and is equally comfortable working with data, improving processes, and engaging stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing
Operational Ownership & Delivery
1. Own and drive a range of operational activities across the function, ensuring work is prioritised and delivered effectively
2. Identify inefficiencies and lead improvements to processes, tools and ways of working
3. Provide structure, clarity and follow-through across initiatives and day-to-day operations
Data, Modelling & Insight
4. Build and maintainrobust Excel-based data modelsto support operational decision-making
5. Develop and enhancedashboards (Power BI / Excel)that provide clear, actionable insight
6. Analyse trends across performance, capacity, and delivery, translating data into meaningful recommendations
7. Ensure reporting is accurate, consistent, and aligned to business needs
Operational Rhythm, Governance & Controls
8. Lead the preparation and facilitation ofweekly, monthly and quarterly operational forums
9. Produce high-quality packs, track actions, and ensure clear outcomes and follow-through
10. Maintain key artefacts such as RAID logsandRACIs and process documentation
11. Support audit readiness, controls, and governance activities
Workshops, Facilitation & Engagement
12. Lead and facilitate workshops, meetings and operational forums, ensuring engagement and clear decision-making
13. Work with stakeholders to define problems, structure discussions and drive outcomes
14. Support team engagement initiatives such as offsites, town halls and retrospectives
15. Deliver clear, concise communications to a range of audiences
Improvements & Initiatives
16. Lead or coordinate small projects and operational improvement initiatives
17. Track milestones, risks and dependencies to maintain momentum
18. Contribute to broader initiatives such as workforce planning, onboarding improvements and capability uplift
Financial & Workforce Support
19. Support budget tracking, forecasting and cost oversight
20. Assist with resource planning, utilisation tracking and workforce reporting
21. Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities as part of operational workflows
What We’re Looking For
Skills & Experience
22. Advanced Excel skills, including data modelling, complex formulas, and data transformation
23. Experience buildingdashboards and reports (Power BI or similar)
24. Strong analytical capability, with the ability to translate data into insight and recommendations
25. Experience working inoperations, business management, or delivery support environments
26. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver end-to-end outcomes
27. Experience supporting or leadingprocess improvements or small initiatives
Interpersonal & Facilitation Skills
28. Confident facilitating meetings, workshops and operational forums
29. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
